Terms of Delivery

F.O.B Point is at our warehouse in Singapore located at:

35 Tannery Road, Ruby Industrial Complex,
#07-05 Tannery Block, Singapore 347740

Local

  1. A S$ 30.00 local delivery charge is applicable for orders less than SGD$ 300.00
  2. All orders for in-stock items are usually send within 24-48 hours.
  3. If item is not in-stock, you will be notified by a Expofabric representative within 48 hours.
  4. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for weekend orders.
  5. Expofabric deliver to all points within Singapore as well as internationally.

International

  1. F.O.B. point is our warehouse.
  2. All delivery and shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
  3. UPS used for most shipments unless otherwise indicated.
  4. For air shipments, please specify your carrier of choice and level of service at the time of your order.
  5. Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made.
  6. Expofabric cannot be held responsible for the performance of any third party shipper.
  7. All orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.

Terms of Payment

  1. All payment would be by credit card only.
  2. We accept all major credit cards.
  3. We are unable to deliver on C.O.D

Conditions For Return

  1. No returns will be accepted on cut merchandise, special orders, or custom fabrication. Since fabric colors can vary from their representation on the Web site due to monitor settings, dye lots, etc., you may wish to order a fabric sample for review.
  2. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
  3. All defective products must be returned to us within 30 days from the invoice date.
  4. All transportation charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, COD's cannot be accepted.)
  5. A restocking charge of 25% will apply on all authorized returned goods.
  6. Credits/refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives and inspects returned merchandise.
